In the Functional Pregnancy Mastery program, we replace reactive care with proactive support. Babies health will mirror your health momma and THIS is something I knew a long time ago!

From inflammation to fatigue, blood sugar swings to brain fog, this program offers trimester-specific consults, nutrition guidance, and functional strategies to address what’s really going on in your body. Instead of standard advice, you’ll get personalized care that supports you and your baby— and REAL healing results, because when you feel well, baby thrives too.

We meet once per trimester (or more as needed) for deep dive consults that evolve with your journey.

 

🌀 Labor & Birth: Prepare Your Mind, Body & Biology

Birth prep shouldn’t be just breathing techniques and hospital bag checklists.

In the Empowered Birth Prep Intensive, we go beyond surface-level prep to align your physical, emotional, and physiological readiness. From fetal positioning and functional movement to evidence-based labor nutrition and trauma-informed mindset work—you’ll learn how to work with your body during labor, not against it. Instead of feeling afraid or unsure, you’ll walk into birth confident and connected.

This mini-intensive includes 2 live sessions: one for education, and one for custom planning and support.

 

 

 

 

 

🌿 Postpartum: Heal the Root, Reclaim Yourself

This is the program that changes everything—because the 6-week checkup didn’t even scratch the surface.

In the Postpartum Rebirth Year, I guide you through a full-body, full-life healing journey rooted in functional medicine, nervous system repair, and cellular restoration. You’re not “just tired” or “just hormonal”—your gut, adrenals, blood sugar, thyroid, and trauma are all speaking up. This program is built for the mom who’s done pretending she’s fine.

You’ll receive 1:1 support every other week, with targeted testing and protocols to restore your energy, regulate mood, reduce inflammation, and reconnect to the woman inside the mother. We’re not putting a band-aid on your symptoms—we’re rebuilding your foundation so you can rise, thrive, and mother from a place of strength.
